Catherine has led resort operations for 18 years. She trained at the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. Her focus is guest experience above all else.

Marcus brings 12 years of casino floor management to Mirage Quay. He ensures every game runs fair and every guest feels welcome. He holds advanced gaming certifications.

Head Chef, The Haze

Elena trained in Melbourne and Rome. She joined Mirage Quay in 2015 and earned The Haze its second hat. Her menus feature local produce and bold flavours.
